This piece stands for freedom and choice by oneself.The hands symbolize freedom and by having them going through the uterus, it represents the idea that women should have complete control of their own body. This pendant is attached with a particular long chain because the piece was made to sit below the wearer's stomach while it is worn. The position of where the piece will rest over the wearer, is a way to represent the wearer’s stand on this issue.
